BIOGRAPHY
Russ graduated Cum Laude from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and has received his CPA certification. Russ honed his accounting skills and tax knowledge by working in public accounting before joining Stafford Development Company in 1998. Russ served as the Director of Accounting and Corporate Secretary for the Stafford Companies, until 2009 when he received a promotion to Chief Financial Officer of the Equipment Division.
