BIOGRAPHY
Frank is employed by Stafford Development Company as the chief financial officer and treasurer. Since he began with the company in January 1995, his primary focus has been special projects, accounting department organization and efficiency improvements, tax and estate planning and compliance and assistance with cash flow management. Frank is a joint trustee on several trusts established by Stafford family members, including the Stafford Trust which has significant ownership in Stafford Development Company. He was also appointed as a board member of Stafford Development Company in 2002 to represent the trust. Prior to employment with Stafford, Frank had twelve years of experience in public accounting. His experience during this time was broad and encompassed everything from operations management as a partner to an array of tax compliance, tax planning, auditing, and consultation services.
