Esther began her career with La Quinta Inns, where she was named the brand’s first franchise general manager of the year in 2003.  During her career, she managed a variety of branded hotels including Marriott, Hampton and Holiday Inn.  Esther gained valuable experience working with boutique motels as well as managing the pre-opening of a four-star timeshare resort.  Prior to her new position, Esther worked with Stafford Hospitality implementing sales and marketing initiatives as well as conducting training.
